We can assist in a myriad of transaction structuring, including secured and unsecured loan agreements, bilateral and syndicated credit facilities and refinancing. As well, we are often asked to provide services with respect to international banking level confirmatory due diligence.

With respect to capital markets, we provide assistance to international players when it comes to the CEE component of IPOs, de-listings and going privates, and the offering of debt and convertible securities. We regularly act on behalf of issuers and underwriters in our capacity as local counsel to London based and other sophisticated market transactions. As well, we have functioned as lead counsel in certain mandates focused primarily in Central and Eastern Europe.

Our professionals also provide financial advisory and investment banking support from our Cypriot office, with capacity to assist in EU passporting, fund re-domiciliation, back-office outsourcing and support, including AML and general compliance.  Relevant professionals and associated entities are fully licenced and regulated in accordance with EU and national regulatory requirements.
